About a mile walk from the piers to the baseball game -- Kansas City Royals at the Seattle Mariners at Safeco Field

Today, Seattle's Felix Hernandez, one of baseball's best pitchers is throwing.

As a promotion the Mariners sell one section, the King Felix section, and provide T-Shirts to the fans. Anytime Felix gets 2 strikes on the batter, the whole section rises and chants Felix, Felix...

The field crew dances while they smooth the infield.

Felix pitches a good game and leaves after 7 innings with the Mariners ahead 5 to 2.

But then, like San Francisco, the gulls arrived hoping to dine on the leftovers. The Royals tie it up 5 to 5, but the Mariners go on to win.

The gulls finally get to enjoy dinner.

Back toward the port for dinner.
