Day 11: Savannah

St. Pete to Savannah

The Talmadge Memorial Bridge which spans the Savannah river from downtown Savannah to Hutchinson Island which is just north of the city.

Our hotel, The Westin, is on Hutchinson Island by the river and overlooks Savannah to the south and the Westin golf course to the north.

John Wesley (who was here ) statue in Reynolds Square. Savannah has lots of beautiful squares.

Lots of art in Savannah. This sculptor, Susie Chisholm, is creating a sculpture of Samual Adams.

Market Center -- lots of shops and restaurants, and a few horses.
